Ingredients:
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 500g ground beef or chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Steps:
- Cook the Meat: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or chicken over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened. Stir in the taco seasoning and a bit of water, cooking until the meat is fully coated and the sauce thickens.
- Prepare the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the Tacos: Spoon the cooked meat mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
